Toward Anti-Aging and Long Life

People are looking for materials effective for anti-aging and long life for many years. Average life in Japan : male is 80.50 (third), female is 86.83 (top in the world). I wonder why Japanese live longer than other country. I believe that Japanese food based on fish is fit and good for long life. I found that disaccharides and hyaluronic acid, glucosamine and chondroitin are closely related with anti-aging and long life.

Secret of Anti-Aging: Anti-Aging Food Containing Glucosamine, Hyaluronic Acid and Chondroitin

Glucosamine, hyanunoic acid,chondroitin are now used as health food by many persons in Japan. I will explain how hyaluronic acid, chondroitin, glucosamine are contributing to the health ,anti-aging and long life. Klotho(anti-aging gene) makes disuccharide (glucronosyl(1-3)(N-acetyl glucosamine) from hyalunoic acid. Sulfo glucronosyl(1-3)galactoside from chondroitin sulphate. Klotho co-works with produced disaccharide on site and gives stable Ca homeostasis and consequent health, anti-aging and long life. Secret of anti-aging and long life is to eat food containing hyaluronic acid, chondroitin and glucosamine.

The hCG Family of Independent Molecules

Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a very unique rule breaker to the basic guidelines of biochemistry and physiology, it is one name and a large group of 5 or 6 completely independent or separate molecules. Each has a common a-subunit and ß-subunit amino acid sequence and is separated by difference in O-glycosylation, differences in N-glycosylation, differences in sulfation and differences in mutations and merism.

Effect of GnRH at Estrus and 12-Day Post Matting and Propylene Glycol on Sera Metabolites Concentrations and Ewe Conception Rate

In this study GnRH and propylene glycol respectively used as hormonal treatment and to supply precursor material of glucose. Animals (56 crossbred ewes, Arkhamerino-Ghezel (AG) and Arkhamerino-Moghani (AM), 2.5 years old) were classified to 1 control and 3 treatment groups randomly. After estrus detection and before mating; one milliliter of physiological saline (0.9% NaCl, placebo) was administered to each ewe in control group, group 1 were injected with 2.5 ml GnRH and after 2 hours they were mated by ram; group 2 were injected with 5 ml GnRH 12 days after mating; group 3 were received 30 ml propylene glycol for 5 days after mating.
